You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

We aim for every listing — pricing, specifications, images, and stock levels — to be accurate at the time of viewing. Occasionally an item may sell out or a price may change between browsing and checkout; where that happens, we'll notify you before charging you.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. If a payment fails or can't be verified, the order will not be processed.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout and in your order history are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery can vary with courier and location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships, where available.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and may take several business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled, but you may still be eligible to return the item once received, subject to the condition above.

Reviews should reflect your genuine experience with a product. We review submissions before they're published and may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or clearly not genuine.

CarParts Hub is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of our registered business address.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
