Orders over ₹2,000.00 ship free. Below that, a flat ₹100.00 shipping fee applies at checkout — you'll always see the final total, including shipping and GST, before you pay.

We ship through Shiprocket's courier network to pincodes across India. Once your order is packed and handed to the courier, you'll get a tracking number and a live status timeline on your order page — same information the courier itself reports, updated automatically as your package moves.

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the assigned courier; estimates shown at checkout and in your order history are our best estimate, not a guarantee.

GST is calculated and itemized on every order, shown at checkout and in your order summary. A downloadable GST invoice document isn't available yet — if you need one for business or tax records, reach out via Contact Us and we'll sort you out directly.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — no interrogation, no restocking fee.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

An order can be cancelled any time before it ships. Once it's handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled — but it's still covered by the replacement guarantee above once it arrives.
